📦 Shipping & Exchanges (Short Version)
  • Processing: Orders ship within 2–4 business days from Denver. Tracking included.
  • All Sales Final: No refunds.
  • Exchanges Only: 14 days from delivery for size swaps or equal-value goods. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

Shipping, Return/Exchange Policy

Overview
We’re a small apparel brand focused on quality. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges for a different size or for another item of equal value, subject to stock availability and the conditions below.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
 

Shipping

Processing time
  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days from Denver, Colorado (preorders ship on their stated release date).
  • We’ll email tracking once your label is created.
Shipping methods & rates
  • Carrier and speed are shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping or promotions (when offered) will be clearly marked at checkout.
Address accuracy
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship after collecting the new postage cost.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the recipient. If your tracking stalls or you suspect loss/theft, contact the carrier and then email us—we’ll help where we can, but carrier investigations control next steps.
International orders (if enabled)
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Customs delays are outside our control.
 

Exchanges (No Returns for Refund) Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
 
Eligibility
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors/deodorant/makeup/pet hair, with all original tagsattached, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
  • Final sale still applies—exchanges are only for size changes or a swap to another item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Non-exchangeable: gift cards, sale/markdown items, limited “final drop” items (if marked), and any item not meeting the condition standards above.
 
How to request an exchange
Email colbin@lifeontopdesign.com within 14 days with your order number, item, desired size or the equal-value item you want, and photos if helpful. If approved, we’ll issue instructions and a return authorization (RMA) with a prepaid label. A $8.50 return shipping fee (domestic) will be deducted/charged per exchange label (subject to change based on carrier rates). International rates vary. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval. Items sent without prior approval may be refused.

Processing your exchange
  • Once received and inspected (typically 2–5 business days), we’ll ship your requested exchange or issue a store credit of equal value if your requested item is unavailable.
  • We allow one exchange per order to keep things fair and fast for everyone.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  • Email colbin@lifeontopdesign.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide store credit at our discretion and cover shipping in these cases.
  • Damage from normal wear, improper care/washing, or accidents is not covered.
 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We start working on orders quickly. If you need to change size, color, or address, email colbin@lifeontopdesign.com immediately. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is in processing or has shipped.
 

Care & Fit

For best results and longevity, follow the care label on your garment. Reference the Size Chart found on Life On Top Design website before purchase. If you’re unsure about fit—we’re happy to help you select the right size and reduce unnecessary shipments, just send over an email to colbin@lifeontopdesign.com
 

Legal Note

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, or modify any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where required by law (e.g., for goods that are faulty or not as described), you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
